1. 发贴题目可不写详细

发贴题目可不写详细，但内容要尽可能让人看得明白。 如果发贴题目太不详细，团子们可能会编辑该帖。
Posting titles could be as descriptive of their content as possible. If they are not, they may be edited.
2. 随意跑题

帖子应当尽可能的水，回帖亦可随意跑题。
Postings could stray from the topics introduced in each thread, neither off the subject.
3. 官方语言为汉语

讨论时，发帖的工作语言为汉语，必要情况下，也允许用其它语言进行讨论。
Chinese is recommended as a working language in forums not specifically designated for other languages. Exceptions are allowed, as long as they do not make the discussion difficult to follow.
4. 禁止做广告

禁止在论坛上做所有形式的商业广告。 所有任何提及任何产品或服务的帖都将被删除！但是讨论中需要涉及的产品或服务除外。如果需要发表招聘和人才信息，请联系『国民仲裁委员会』。

关于：“水”
“水”，是团子星永恒的主题。团子星的水就如版规一样，要求并不是很严苛，大家只要在灌水时注意以下几个“不”，那么基本上就不会发生问题：
1）不发广告
2）不一帖多发
3）不顶沉下30天以上的老帖
4）不挖坟
5）不发“路过”、“顶”、“牛B”等无意义纯水帖
6）不通过复制粘贴法循环发帖
7）不人身攻击
8）不提敏感话题
9）不发猎奇或让人感到不悦的话题
